Reuse of vintage garments , changing shape and pattern forms are the foundations of Yekaterina’s vision. Born in Kazakhstan ,her passion for fashion and contemporary art led her to complete her studies at Polimoda Florence ,after which her creative research focused on the idea of “reuse”,a process of trasforming by -products ,waste mate- rials , useless, or unwanted products into new materials or products of better quality and environmental value . Winner of the young designers “Exzersiz” Russian Fashion Award and finalist of the “Taiwan Fashion Award “ and “Re-mix” Vogue Talents competition , her avantgarde creations brings new energy to each of her pieces crossing cultures.
Réutilisation de vêtements anciens, changement de forme et de paternité sont les fondements de la vision de Yekaterina. Née au Kazakhstan, sa passion pour la mode et l'art contemporain l'a amenée à terminer ses études à Polimoda Florence, après quoi sa recherche créative s'est concentrée sur l'idée de « réutilisation », un processus de transformation de sous-produits, de matériaux de rebut, de produits inutiles ou non désirés en nouveaux matériaux ou produits de meilleure qualité et de valeur environnementale. Lauréate du prix de la mode russe « Exzersiz » décerné aux jeunes créateurs et finaliste du « Taiwan Fashion Award » et du concours Vogue Talents « Re-mix ».
